I used Claude Dispatch, Claude Cowork and Claude Code to tackle a messy business problem that had been bugging me for ages: contact data scattered across spreadsheets, mailing lists, workshop records and buried email threads. What started as a tidy-up job quickly turned into something much more interesting. First, Claude consolidated everything into one clean sheet with duplicates removed. Then I pushed it further, asking it to scope and build a working CRM for my business. In this video, I walk through how that happened, how the CRM was taken online securely, and how I then extended it with Mailchimp syncing, proposal tracking and a client area for workshop resources.
