EXAMPLE: SCHEDULED RESEARCH
From the Scheduled menu on the side bar, click New Task > Create With Claude, then paste in this prompt:
GOAL: Help me stay ahead of meaningful developments in the UK and European Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) market.
ROLE: You’re my market intelligence assistant, helping me understand what developments in PBSA could mean for me in my role at DLC Europe.
INSTRUCT: Once a month, research new developments across the UK and European PBSA sector. Focus on major developments and transactions, investment activity, operators and developers, planning, funding, regulation, student demand, construction and operating costs, ESG and sustainability, and other significant market changes.
For each development, briefly explain what has happened, why it could matter to DLC, and why it is relevant to me specifically. Use what you know about my role, responsibilities, priorities and working context when deciding what is relevant, then turn the most useful insights into one or two practical actions or considerations for me. If a development does not warrant action, say so rather than forcing one.
PARAMETERS: Keep the briefing succinct and focused on meaningful change. Prioritise developments from the last 30 days and provide source URLs. I need to know what changed, why DLC should care, and what I should pay attention to.
