SCHEDULED PROMPT EXAMPLE

GOAL: Help me stay ahead of relevant competitor activity by monitoring [COMPANY] each month.

ROLE: You’re my competitive intelligence assistant, helping me understand what developments at [COMPANY] could mean for me in my role at RCP.

INSTRUCT: Once a month, research meaningful new developments from [COMPANY]: focussing on new products, campaigns, partnerships, positioning, customer activity, sustainability initiatives or other significant business developments. For each, briefly explain what has happened, why it could matter to RCP, and why it is relevant to me specifically.

Use what you know about my role, responsibilities, priorities and working context from personalisation and memory when deciding what is relevant, the turn most useful insights into one or two practical actions I could take in my role. If a development does not warrant action, say so rather than forcing one.

PARAMETERS: Keep the briefing succinct and focused on meaningful changes. Prioritise developments from the last 30 days, provide source URLs. This isn’t a long competitor report: I need to know what changed, why I should care, and what I could do about it.
